Binary Tuberculosis

I saw an ad on the T two days ago…something along the lines of “my jaw hurt, I went to the prayer healing center and now my jaw doesn’t hurt”.

What the hell?

Prayer is going to help people, but trust me, it ain’t healing no freakin’ jaw buddy. Unless he fell on the steps coming outta there, theres something else going on.

I want to see new movies when they come out, but I despise going to theaters. The price, the people, the freaking commercials that I *pay* to watch before the movie starts, the people, the “be there on time”, the crying kids, the people, the bad seats…

I hate the greed that drives the movie industry AND the music industry. Not the directors/actors/artists themselves (well, some of them, greed is greed after all), but the big-company-screw-over-the-consumer-mentality.

I’d rather pay double the price of a movie ticket so that I can watch that same movie at home, even if it’s only a one time viewing until the movie is released onto DVD.

• So the bathrooms don’t have toilet paper holders. Yup, nowhere to roll those things. Weird huh?
• And the central A/C only blows out air, nothing cool coming outta there.

The toilet paper thingy was understandable, the whole bathroom was ripped apart before I moved and renovated, but how they forgot to put those things in…. Well at least they should be back this coming weekend.

As for the central A/C, it’s the oldest thing in the apartment, everything else is brand new, I think it was just its time. Well the dude is coming tomorrow AM to check it out, but I haven’t even done ANY unpacking, it’s just too humid and hot in here to move.

Yeah, I know, that Kings Of Leon album is from a few years ago, I still need to check out their new one, but this album is still in rotation for now.

Well it looks like I’m moving to my new place this weekend. Man this is going to be such a pain, at least the new place is freaking awesome and no roommates!

I gotta buy so much stuff though, but no worries, once it’s all setup, house warming baby and you’re all invited, unless I hate you, then go to hell, you’re not coming over.
