Hello, this is Ticketmaster Customer Service with an important alert for your upcoming event. Mogwai, scheduled at Wilbur Theatre on Monday, September 22, 2008, at 7:30PM has been cancelled.
Your credit card will automatically be credited the ticket price and convenience charges, and should post to your account within 7 to 10 business days. Please note, the $2.50 per order processing fee and any ticketFast or UPS delivery charges are non-refundable.
This makes it the second time I’ll be missing their show, plus of course Ticketmaster rape charges will not be refunded AND so far there has been no reason given for the cancellation.
I absolutely hate concert cancellations, especially since Nine Inch Nails postponed theirs a couple months ago and I couldn’t attend this past Saturday’s Santogold show either. This was supposed to be the weekend of four concerts, which has now whittled down to two. Weak.
