Alarm Clock
Usually I wake up around 10AM on the weekdays. Mentally, physically my iHome goes off at 7AM. But this morning I mentally woke up while on the T to work. Why? I met saw the girl of my dreams, a girl I will absolutely never see again. Just as well, what if she has… gasp… imperfections? (Shut up you naysayers, she was perfect!).
Well she got on at my stop and I totally stalker-stared at her the entire ride. I would’ve talked to her, but (a) Who the hell talks on the T in the mornings? And (b) She was reading a book and nobody wants to be bothered while reading a book.
When she got off the T (my stop, woo!) she immediately got a phone call (from her bf most likely, lame) and that was that. She walked to MIT’s campus and out of my life. I am never to see her again.
The downside? I’m horrible (completely horrible!) at determining someone’s age, so she either could’ve been a post-grad or an undergrad. One is cool, while the other is oh so very creepy.
Well that was that, the girl I would’ve jumped off a moving train for if she had only asked. The End.
I think I’ll go back to inappropriately hitting on my friends now. Also quite creepy.
(Yes, I am very much aware that she could have been a completely annoying ditz of a girl, with no sense of humor, tact, decorum, and endowed with mediocrity in her personal hygiene goals. But in my head she was perfect)

I’ve been in that situation at least there’s still a slight chance you may someday see her again, til then she’ll always be perfect.
